Searching for peace and tranquillity for yourself, with a partner, friends or family? Relax in these comfortable and authentically restored stone self catering stone cottages in North West Skye (55 minutes from the bridge).

Based on a family croft both Merman Cottage and Tigh Dubh Cottage have wifi and woodburning stoves, sleep 4 and are ideal accommodation for families or couples in a safe ‘free range” environment. Shared facilities include a washing machine, dryer and deep freeze, full access to the croft, trampoline and storage facilities for bicycles and kayaks. A cot and a high chair are available for families with babies and toddlers. 

Ewan Bàn is a hand built, Isle of Skye cabin lodge with a robust romantic gypsy caravan style that sleeps 2. The cabin is based on the style of a traditional French roulotte, insulated with sheep’s wool and finished to a high standard. Tucked away in the trees on the croft Ewan Bàn is the perfect getaway & honeymoon dream space.

Pets are welcome (for a small extra charge). They are free to roam on the croft walks but need to be kept on a lead once away from the croft. The cottages are also ideal for families going on holiday together but needing individual space.

The area is rich in wildlife, cultural experiences and opportunities to experience outdoor activities.

Edinbane village itself, 15 minutes walk away, has 2 hotels, the Lodge and The Edinbane Inn, the latter being famous for its traditional music sessions. The play park for children is probably the best of the island!
